How do you deal with a bad custome that is also your boss at work?
My husbands boss bought a lawnmower from him and asked him to fix a trimmer. My husband has a hobby of fixing up things like lawnmowers and he sells the used lawnmowers that he fixes up-not for really any profit at all. And they do run very good even years later.
My husband told him that he could try to fix the trimmer and did have a lawnmower-a very nice one. Well a few days after selling it his boss called and told him to pick up the lawnmower and fix it again because it was not running right. He did and it worked good-then the next day his boss told him that he didn%26#039;t want it anymore and to give him the money back from it. My husband did, but was a little mad about it. Now his boss is doing the same thing with the trimmer. His boss told him him that he would bring it into work tomarrow so he could fix it-for no extra money. He does not want to deal with this again! But does not know how to tell him he will not fix this again. How would you handle a person like this? Thanks

I would go with amazon.com. Most schools will buy your books back for a fraction of the cost. That way you would not have to hassel with shipping and no waiting to sell your books.

You would need a two thirds majority to override the veto which would mean a good number of the replublican party, which gets much of their campaign contributions from oil, would have to vote for it.

Im involved in a lawsuit with my homeowners association and have not been paying the monthly maintenance fees for awhile now. Also, has it been 10 days including saturdays and sundays? If so, subtract those days and that will tell you how many days you have been waiting.

Have you ever been a vendor/crafter at an outdoor Festival?
How do you know if being a %26#039;vendor%26#039; at local Festivals etc is worth the booth cost? I work for a company that sells designer inspired purses (they are NOT knock-off%26#039;s etc.,) and other accessories. It%26#039;s like in-home parties/open-houses.. only there is only allowed one %26#039;rep%26#039; for a very large area. I was thinking of doing some local festivals, as I%26#039;ve already done an expo and have racks etc to use. At the expo%26#039;s my main goal is to get bookings for parties- not necessarily to sell my products. However I think at the festivals my goal would more be to sell the products! However, I missed reading the fine print where it said the seller only ships to confirmed addresses and I don%26#039;t have one. Hey, so I purchased a guitar from ebay and the seller described the guitar as:

- Great projection and crystal clear intonation.
The ebay guitar seller%26#039;s Return policy is as follows:
- Returns are accepted only when the item arrives not as described in the listing.
So I won the bid for the guitar for $260 and when the guitar arrived, it had this huge issue with fret buzzing so I decided to take it to a locial Luthier to get his input on the condition of the fret buzzing. He said that the frets needed to be worked on to get rid of the buzz and that it would cost $42 to fix. After getting the Lutheir%26#039;s estimate, I contacted the original seller of the guitar and he said that the buzzing of the frets wasn%26#039;t significant enough to violate his %26quot;great tone and crystal clear intonation%26quot; listing of the guitar.
In my mind, this qualifies for a refund in his return policy.
Should I file a dispute for a refund?

From what I know, one might go to local courthouses, request the deed (or lein), take down all the information from that piece of documentation, and then present it to, I suppose, a property broker. They would then present an offer to the owner of the forclosed property. If the offer was accepted and the property sold to the broker, the person who went to the courthouse (say, the %26#039;researcher%26#039;) would also turn a a profit.
If the way i described this even makes sense (sorry, I%26#039;m not close enough to this field to explain it much better), is this something that is a viable income?
