my husband took out a school loan through his work. it was a repayment loan. so if he worked one year they would repay 25%, two years 50%. he woked 1 year 11 months and 21 days before he enlisted with the Army. his old job repayed one years worth, late which we had to pay the late fee. and because he was shy 10 days for two years, they are denining paying the next payment.
i am writing a letter to this company asking them to repay next payment (not the total loan, just what they owe). but i need a format to base it off of. i would write from emotion not from a business view. this company is a forturne 500 company and is worthless and they treat their employees and especially those in the military horribly.
