Seller won't let me cancel ebay bid!?

Okay, so I clicked %26#039;pay now%26#039; on an ebay item with the INTENTION to pay. However, I missed reading the fine print where it said the seller only ships to confirmed addresses and I don%26#039;t have one. Now I don%26#039;t have a credit card nor can I confirm my address to paypal because I don%26#039;t live in the states. So I tried and explained to the seller, apologizing and stuff. The seller won%26#039;t cancel the bid, HELP! Whats the worst that can happen if I don%26#039;t end up paying?
Seller won%26#039;t let me cancel ebay bid!?
well does he know where you live and how to track you down?

Call ebay to see what can be done.

All you get at the most is a bad rating from that seller. But in turn you can rate him badly also, for not cooperating with you.
Reply:You may lose feedback privelages and you will probably receive negative feedback. He will probably open a dispute against you, just be sure to follow up on it. Go to the dispute console and view dispute, you can leave all your comments there and Ebay will review it. You shouldnt worry, I%26#039;ve done that many times before, nothings happened to me. I buy things and dont realize they are money orders onyl (when I only use paypal).
Reply:You will get negative feedback is about all that can happen. I wouldn%26#039;t loose any sleep over it.
Reply:Well, the seller can give you negative reviews, and you can even have your eBay account terminated. I don%26#039;t think it would lead to much else, unless the guy was a real psycho and he tries to sue you (although I highly doubt that). You will probably just get a negative review and it will blow over.
Reply:As far as I am concerned the %26quot;fine print%26quot; lets you off the hook. The seller cannot perform the contract if he will only ship to a confirmed address and you don%26#039;t have one.

Tell Pay Pal, and remind the seller that he cannot,by his contract conditions, fulfil the contract. Therefore, it is his problem. I don%26#039;t know how much is involved, but I think a lawyer would get you out of this one in a New York minute unless there is something more you have left out.

The seller has set a condition of sale that you have not met.
Reply:All that can happen is he will leave negative feedback on your account. If this is the first time anyone has left negative feedback on you then nothing more will come of it. Then you can turn around and do the same for him/her. It seems like it was an honest mistake and he is just being a jerk. Don%26#039;t worry about it.
