Help. I have to do an interview for my business class and the senior vice president?

chief financial officer at the investment company where I work agreed to let me interview her. She is in her mid thirties teenage daughter and infant son--I know about her education, and her job --what would be some professional personal questions that I could ask? Anyone have anything? I was thinking of asking questions along the lines of being a woman in charge that most men are usually in charge of, how does she manage her job with motherhood and marriage, and has she ever run into discrimination? what are your opinions?
