Is it true that if you turn in a new 5 dollar 2006 series you can get money for it like 15 dollars but where?

I heard that if you take a new 5 dollar bill to the bank or some other place they will give you 15 dollars or fifty dollars one of the two. Because they want the 2006 series out of ciruculation.


Somebody please let me know so I won%26#039;t be collecting bills fo the fun of it.
